gsx is one sweet car...but i still think its a little pricey for $10,000 even with the turbo.

They're NOT fast stock. They can be built to be fast though.

my friends also had one. it's a good car because it's awd and turbo, but like all turbo eclipse, they are slow stock. they are known to have major turbo lag. but once you fix it up, the potential is there. small parts do major gains on turbo. ONE

Buy it if you love doing engine swaps and/or rebuilds.

Its your choice at the end, but the car looks great stock, looks amazing modded. Check JD Power & Associates webbsite to see what they think of it (quality wise).

Thanks for the input...I have a friend with his own shop and he drives a 99 GSX...He said he would work on it if I got one and help me MOD it and upgrade the turbo...I really love my Celica and I could keep both if I got the GSX...I just really want a car right now...We'll see what happens...I will keep this post updated I guess...This one dealer is looking for 1 right now and he is supposed to call me if he hears anything this week...That AWD w/TURBO sounds too damn tempting... -Kris

Pros- great after market support... it's a hatchback (+5 db for subs)... AWD... stock Turbo... decent looks
Cons- Slow stock... previous driver may have ragged it out... and I've heard ZERO good things about a RELIABLE MITSUBISHI motor.
Hope that helps ya.
