How long should the stock battery that comes with the Celica last?

Have many people had to replace theirs yet?

I have a 2000 GT with about 31,000 miles, and I haven't had any problems starting the car or anything, but I'm wondering how close I might be getting to needing to replace it.

My stock battery is at 72K now with no problems. I don't have a battery draining stereo system though.

damn I am jealous and kinda pissed mine crapped out so quickly.

I wonder...does jump-starting another dead battery reduce the life of the good one, because I helped a few people by jumping their dead batteries in the U of H parking lot over the last 2 years.

Oh, i never use my stock stereo w/o the motor running. I'm too paranoid of draining it.
