To get gains, i think you need the combination of Intake, headers, downpipe, exhaust and Apex s-afc. I could be wrong though.

i already have an intake and exhaust. and i aslo heard that the stock exhaust manifold was sufficient. i was just wondering if the removal of the resonator would make a difference. that is what the downpipe does am i correct?

I'm planning doing extensive dyno runs for intake header and downpipe..
Downpipe is consist of high flow cat... and removed resonator... all in bolt on installation...
Since the resonator is gone... that shit is loud..
I'm running on AMSS downpipe unbolted... it's so loud.. I belive is loder then Kazuma...

Where did you get a high-flo cat from? Was it direct replacement or did you have to have someone do some welding?

Header and downpipe aren't meant to gain like what intake would gain... BUT with right tuning, you'll squeeze out extra hp from what ever mod you have... more mod you have better gain you'll get..

From nc.org they are shooting down on the AMSS header and DP... cause of just looking at the dyno sheet.. but I belive it isn't a bad product.. just need detail dyno(which I'll be doing soon) and turning.. it'll gain something...
