That kit is not modded for the celica...it's actually for the civic. It has to be rewelded to work for our cars. It's been gone over before. The only kit worth getting IMO is at www.carexcess.com [ carexcess.com]

isn't that kit, 1900, if you want VD get the autoloc kit, i din't think it would be as good as it really is. it can be opend via remote, a button inside the car, a waterproof button outside the car, or mannually (after poppes have been deployed, which can be activated using the stock door handle, inside and out), plus it bolts directly on, with perfect fitment, other than fender rolling. i know this because someone i know just got it and he installed it himself, and it works beautifully.

Would you like me to post a vid of the autoloc kit? It sucks, it blows...the worst kit out by far. An aquaitnance of mine bought that thing for his car against my warning. After a week I felt so bad for him, I hooked him up w/ a carexcess kit

The only kit worth getting IMO is at www.carexcess.com [ carexcess.com] actually, decah makes several kits...one of which is specifically for the celica (visit the decah homepage and you will see). the autoloc kit is universal, and i don't recommend it at all. go w/decah. a few people on here have it and NONE have complained AT ALL about it

with all the time i spent reading about the lambo doors on this site, decah seems to be the popular one, so go with the flow

JESUS CHRIST...decah ONLY makes hinges for civics and integras. They sell their hinge to carexcess who has the exclusive rights to mod the hinge for all the other cars on the decah website. If you call decah and ask kevin for a Celica kit, he'll tell you to call carexcess. Call them and tell us what they say.
