I've heard some incident like that before, there was one, if ur driving on the freeway, this dumb ass people would brake so you would accidently hit them at their rear and blaming you that you where following too close and you caused the accident.

I'm back from the hospital now... made for a long night (and I still have to go to work today). Turns out that I have minor kidney damage on my right side, three cracked ribs, and two fractured vertebrae. The doc says i'm gonna hurt for a while, and the only thing they can do is give me some painkillers. I'm supposed to watch and see if the blood in my urine gets any worse, if it does... i go under the knife to have the kidney repaired.
The reason that I didn't go to the hospital right away, is that there was no way that the people that did this could afford to pay my bills. Shit, they can't even afford to pay for the rubbing compound to buff the scratches off my car ($6.00). And, the cop refused to let me press charges. He told me that he didn't want to deal with it, and that I should just leave, either on my own power or have him call an ambulance, or he was going to write me up for the accident, at fault. The cops in my town are so fucking corrupt and lazy!

get well soon. i actually feel sorry for those people who hit you. first, their immaturity level is that of a 4 year old. second, they're cowards to come at you at the same time (one holdiong a bat). so in essence, they're dumb and scared.

So, I roll down off the interstate earlier today, up behind some honda piece of sh!t at the red light. Out of no where, the bitch driving it throws it into reverse and backs into the front of my car! I'm left sitting there shocked at what just happened, when her boyfriend gets out of the passenger seat of the car, slams his hand down on the passenger side of my car, and screams at me "what the fuck do you think your doing, i've got a kid in my car". Without giving me any time to respond he starts walking over the the driver's side of my car, i get out thinking I can talk to the bastard, and without saying another word to me he fuckin decks me. So, here we are blocking traffic off the interstate during rush minute, and he feels that he need to fight me right there. I backed up, thinking (again, this is what I get for thinking) that I could calm him down. Nope, his friend who was in the car with him (that I didn't see getting out of the car) is behind me with a BASEBALL BAT, which he hits me accross my back with. While i'm trying to pick myself up off the ground, the first guy landed two good kicks to my head, and the bat hit me once in the kidney. TO make a long story short, there was a cop about five cars back, who finally (after about 10 minutes) decided that he should do something. The people in the car were cuffed, and they tried to get me to go to the hospital (which I can't afford, so I didn't go).
The good news is that the front of my car isn't f'd up too bad. I have some scratches to buff out, but I think some 3M rubbing compound and Meguiar's scratch remover should do the trick. Now i'm just hoping that my advil will kick in and get rid of my headache.
Get his license plate number and trace him and find out where the fucker lives and fuck some shit up! Seriously. Stupid white trash fuckers.

Those Bastards!!!! Take care of your health. One day realy bad shit will happen to these guys. If you ever do find them, keep all your records and I would take the time to put down in writing the percise time of events of everyone who was involved including the cops. As for the way the copps handled the situation, I think I would take it up the ladder to the mayor if you have one, and then your local assemblyperson, as well as your state representive. Its just letters but at least you will be documenting your case. Maybe the guys were related to the cops. There are a lot of shitty cops out there. Sorry about the experiance. I hope you are feeling better about everything. Bring a lawsuit against that party. From here it sounds like you really got maimed and I'm sorry. Road rage and people driving in SUV's, minivans w/soccer mom on the back bumper, and some beat up old pick-up truck that think they own the road and that they are driving a race car need to take a serious reality check on their own lives and behavior. Just take it easy people, life will go on. Even if you are late or have a fast car and want to cruise and there is slower traffic. Everyone and I see it everyday, to and from work, needs to relax not only on the roads were it manifests itself but in everyday life. Being behind your own car doesn't give U the right to take anothers into your own hands. Be safe people. By the way I took matters into my own "hands." Lawsuit wasn't possible for me.

When you do take them to court, get a lawer, i have been to court twice in the past year for stupid shit, and i have won everytime (500 bucks a shot though for me) Those idiots wont see that comming, and you'll see that you get treated differntly... expecially if the lawer is local, and he knows the judges, and the system he will help very much...However you must tell him everything, but as i can see on this forum, you have everything covered...

Road rage is becoming more and more common.. I live in cali and road rage is everywhere. I've had katsup packets, plums, coins, a water bottle, and empty beer cans thrown at my car because of it... one guy got out of his car in the middle of an intersection trying to beat my ass just because my stupid ass friend stuck his head out the window and asked him to race(without my concent) They actually tried to carjack me. Brother I work at a Law firm, and my best advise would be to get a copy of the police report and call a good Personal Injury Attorney, which shouldn't be any put of pocket expenses to you (if you were in GA, I'd see you personally )...first, go after her automobile insurance for the damages to your front end (get a dealer quote, as it will be higher, and you may be able to get a new front bumper ), and then have the same attorney draft a lawsuit for personal injury damages against the two assailants...and make sure you site aggravated assault, and assault with a deadly weapon just to start. IF they claim to not have any money, then your attorney (if he knows anything about practicing law) will probably have a motion for judgment filed against them, which will either put a garnishment on their wages until you are made whole, or he might even suggest to the court (due to the severity of things) to have a lien put against the guy's house, in which case if he sells it, you would get your money before he got anything out of it...just some advice on how to kick some ass...
