does anyone out there know how or where i could change the color of my seat like those i saw in celica gallery? they changed their seats into white & orange or other various colors? and what the cost of it? and the question is whether they painted the seat or buy a new set of custom color seats. If so where can i get it?

If you'll notice, on the back of your OEM seats theres a seam that looks like a zipper. Well it is a zipper, the skin of the seat zips off. They get their's reupholstered. I'm interested in some JDM seats. But either way, you get many pts at shows if you have premium leather or JDM seats in your car.

there was a place i was gonna go to to get my front and rear seats done..they wanted 400 for all of it...i dunno of any areas around you, but at least now you have a price to compare to...

Fabric will obviously be cheaper than leather
And leather proces may vary too
Beware of steal deals on leather, there are many different qualities

Diesel Dud, did you have your seats reupholster? if so how long does it take until you get your seat cover back? And I have leather seat, so i'm guessing it going to cost more.

They could do it in one day I imagine.

i'm condidering getting those neoprene seat covers like the Wet Okole [wetokole.com] ones. According to their website, the fronts would be about $225 (rears would be another $225). Some people i've asked say that covering the front seats should be good enough, but i'm still leaning towards getting the fronts & rears. One of my friends has 'em in his SUV (front & rear) and ImO, they look pretty good and are fairly comfortable.
So... whaddaya guys think?

i went to Autozone for some light bulbs and came across a seat covers catalog. They have it for most model of celica, and the choice of fabric is good as well (leatherette, neoprene). $209.99 for the two front seat, they said they will have to call in and ask for the price for the rear seat. The sad thing is i don't think they have it in white and red, which is what i want. But i'll have to double check w/ them on that.
