where did you get LED's?!? common. . spill the beans
Work like you really dont need the money Love like you have never been hurt before Dance like no one is watching.
Every color is illegal while you're driving, when you're parked it's okay though...I think
you're right. as long as your at a complete stop your fine, but move an inch and you'll probably have a cop on you. they attract buku attention..and that includes theh police.

really? how many LEDs installed under body?
a 24 inch long tube will have 24 super-bright led's you can use four to six 24" tubes depending on the install. The mathematics can show you potential numbers of LED's.
The thing about red is that they arent bright. I ordered red interior lights from street glow and they looked kinda orange and they werent bright at all. I also have a street glow underbody kit (red) that is brand new that I have installed yet. Its the gold line. I havent decided if I want to put them on or sell them just because I'm afraid they wont that bright. I might want to get something else.
Streetglow's red underneons are plenty bright. However, red is illegal to have. I didn't say illegal to use while driving, I said have. If it's even in your possession, you can get cited. This is the same for blue lights as well. I'm not sure if this is a nationwide thing, but it's that way in S.C. We're hardly as strict as CA about these things too, so I don't know.
in michigan n e color is legal as long as ur at a complete stop and ur car is turned off. as soon as you start ur car w/ the underbodies on, you r then in a violation of the law and may get a ticket!
Red or white, and get the LED's instead of neons if you have the money You can also get some LED kits that can be set to blink in patterns or have music interface kits so they can flash in time with your music
i hate the fact that there illegal y are they illegal?
They're illegal if you drive with them on because they're a "distraction".
yea they are a distraction but i can also name a lot of thinkgs that are a distraction and are legal people can get even distracted by the car you drive i have that law on neons

They may be illegal but around here the cops don't bug you about them. My brother had them and has been pulled over for speeding but the cop didn't say anything about the lights.
In most areas it's illegal to drive with neons or led's on, but most cops don't make a fuss over blue or green, though they can cite you for causing a distraction. Having them on while parked is fine though. Red is illegal nearly everywhere to drive with on because red lights are ONLY to be used on emergency vehicles (cops, ambulance etc...). Again, I think while parked would be okay though, but as soon as you are on the street expect to get slapped with a big ass ticket! They have a site with all the tint laws by state, it'd be cool if they had one with other aftermarket part laws too...
Just for the sake of it... I'm gonna get red ones and just make sure they're off while driving. My friend has red ones too and she hasn't gotten is trouble yet either.
