Venom performance chip

You guys have talked about it for a while now... well here is a shot of it actually installed into a celica

The owner writes:

it sounds as if the owner feels as if it could be as much as a 25% increase. That in itself is pretty amazing...

Can you ask the owner if indeed the difference is that apparent?

I am from singapore and was using the venom 400 module in my EK4 civic, i liked it very much and was trying to get in touch with them for the unit for the Celica GTS and GT but they were less than helpful with their response. Was wondering if some one can help send me the model and the wiring diagram.

I would also like to know where i can order the unit.

Has anyone tried the auto shift kit for the automatic transmission for the GTS and GT

I'm certainly anxious to hear more about this Venom chip and what its really capable of doing for our Celi's. Viper, I'm not familiar with this auto shift kit you mentioned. Can you provide a little more detail as to exactly what it is?

Is there an actual kit for this venom chip for 2000+ celica's or did you buy one for an older celica and modified it to fit in your car?

There is a specific venom 400 for each of the 2000+ celica GT and GTS. Go to:

and open up the product catalogue for the venom 400 and the part # for each of the GT and GTS are listed.

As for retailers there are a couple aroung the internet (do a goole search) and even multiple sellers on ebay. The ebay prices range from 200-270 depending on if the seller is selling a specific unit (i.e. celica gt) or selling a venom for any car (they presumably have an inventory of all cars)

The part number is not listed and last entry for the celica is 1997 model.

There is also an electronic shift kit but there is no product information on the product.

I'm having a little trouble finding it elsewhere, but I have seen it before, and if you look at the years in that PDF they are all pretty old.

I also took the liberty of writing venom an email asking specifically about the venom for the '02 GT and who are the official venom retailers who might carry it. I'll post when I hear something.

what does the venom chip do? and whats an S-AFC

Have tried to email them but they asked me to call them instead. Quite a bummer as i am halfway across the world.Those guys are so poor in their customer relations
