yea, the spoiler is very nice. it's not mine, it's my friend's. the color and paint job is 10/10. the quality and fitment is 10/10. howeve, their instructions are 0/10. but i still can't figure out how to hook up the light. i showed him the post that the link was given for. but still can't figure out which wire it is. that pic that shows the hookup of the thrid brake light is very dark. can someone plz post a pic or explain how to do this. thnx

by the way you describe it, you already know where the connector is for the stock brake light which is located inside a rubber seal near the left side hinge. get a test light and connect it to a good ground, have a friend step on the brakes while you probe on the connector if it lights up thats your +(positive) power source and ground should be easy to figure out cause practically the whole body of the vehicle is a ground just make sure that you make a good connection.

guys, c'mmon somebody there has to have a pic of exactly which wire to tap into. honestly i'm not understanding the whole deal about the rubber seal. also as far as hooking it up to the other reverse lights, well if i do that then i won't be able to open my trunk, and i have no idea which wire is it for the 3rd brake light that's on the roof. so, i'm very confused and my buddy, well now he is even worse than i am he doesn't know n e thing, he can't even strip a wire with wire strippers. agghhhh!!!

i'll post pics later for you, still in the office, cant hook up my digi cam right now..you dont have to splice the wire from the stock 3rd brake light, there is this plastic thing that attached/connect the stock wiring for the brake light to the your new spoiler(provided by spoilerdepot).
