Looks great! A solution to those dismemberinging there interiors w/paint. Come on, it goes on easy, may not stay perfect w/out intensive care to look great, but it will come off easy too. Of course any glue stick on residue will come off SUPER EASY. Just know how to prep and clean it. That's what an almost complete degree in arts or a quick search on the internet will give U.

I'm a little late in my month, but it looks as good as the paint jobs.

oh, well maybe decons ON vinyl. but vinyl ON your plastic was said to be very difficult to take off because it's so sticky.

I have already had experience with removing vinyl. If it is a "nicer" vinyl, then it will remove easily. Sure it may leave a sticky residue, but usually adhesives will come off with a 50 cent bottle of rubbing alcohol. Really tho, it's not that big of a deal. If that doesn't work, there are other solvents that won't affect your plastics. And if you have a problem with them peeling, you probably didn't prep the plastic properly, you have to make sure there is no grease at all on here...even the grease from your hands will ruin the adhesive (this means NO armor-all guys wink) And with this stuff melting, I've had a custom vinyl sticker on my back window for months...all through summer. That gray stripe on my hood is vinyl also. Hasn't melted yet. Looks just as good as a paint job, and it only cost me $45. Had to have it cut and the guy put it on for me. I live in Mississippi, and yes it does get very hot here...almost 100 degrees sometimes. I have never had any problem with my vinyl melting. So in my opinion, it looks good, and it has held up for a while already...it has been on there while it was still hot. I just didn't post it until now b/c I'm a new member. But if anyone has any more questions about it, I will be glad to answer them.

BTW, using a heat gun or hair dryer helps a ton with taking off the vinyl.
Trust me hair dryer does NOT helps a ton... if you heat the vinyl to remove it.. it all stretch left and right...
If you use heat gun.. you'll totaly melt the vinyl...
I don't think you had experiences with vinyl...
Heat gun is NO NO, it's too hot for vinyl.. hair dryer is enough for vinyl...

Wonder why it has been working like charm for the last 5 years. If you melt your vinyl then your a tool, you only need to hit it for a moment.

I'm a graphic artist, one of my first jobs with a company that did vinyl graphics both custom and fleet.

Bottom line in my EXPERIENCE there is no one way to do anything. So do whatever works best for you.

I've used high performance vinyl used on exterior...
Over periods of time vinyl won't come so easy without leaving adhesive on the surface...
It gets 110-120 in Las Vegas in summer..
Even with good vinyl.. it'll start shrinking and loose the shine??
I haven't worked long time at the sign shop... I've seen old vinyl and such...
Adhesives are little bitch to get it off...

Well not many people here have 5 years experiences with vinyl...

Don't you agree that those stickers aren't good for show wise.. since it's not covering the whole piece... just like Carbon Fiber dash kit... you see all the edges...
I'm little picky and most people who is into show wise.. they would like to have the whole piece to be in the color or material they want...

I've wrap the whole console and the gauge cluster color...
It wasn't a good idea cause they have too many tight curve surfaces... it will start peeling off with heat from sun...
