i want to buy the Racing Hart CR EVO. i tried Wheel Max but for some reason thier website is messed up or something and it wont pull up racing harts. where else can i buy these in silver?

i found these at Wheelsnext.com but it says machined silver. is this the CR EVO? if not where can i get the silver CR EVO?

whats the difference between the CR EVO and the CR? some also say 1 piece and 3 piece design. which is better?
