I am an 18 yr old who just got a red '00 celica GT. I want to customize my car but dont have too much money to do it. I already shaved the rear badges and am ordering the smoked out headlights and taillights from Bat. Any recomendations for customization interior or exterior for little to no money? Thanks.

#1 get an s200 antenna (unless you have the power antenna) you can usually find these on ebay for about $11 plus s&h
a few other relatively cheap mods are:
clear corners painted dash/console painted engine plastics reverse indiglo gauges voltmeter tighten throttle cable painted brake calipers
the most expensive thing on the list is the reverse indiglo gauges..and you can get them for about $50 here at the ecelica store (overlay)

please don't get any of those painting mods...everyone is doing them..the brake calipers is okay, but leave the interior alone. Nothing looks worse than a cheaply done interior paint job. very

Thanks for the help. Im already loving the car, and I was planning on getting the s2000 antenna because the stock one looks so similer to a lightning rod. If i dont plan on painting the interior for awhile but if I do my friends dad owns a paint shop so I could ask him for professional help.

Congrats on the new car! Here are a few ideas:
- I'd agree strongly on the S2000 antenna, since I don't think the GT has the retractable stock one.
- If you really enjoy your music, upgrade that first. My view: do things you'll enjoy while driving before you do the appearance stuff. Start with a nice brand-name headunit, then replace your speakers and finally do amp/subs if you want. Great thing about audio is that you can do it in steps as you get the cash.
- Wheels. Going to 18" or even 17" can make a big difference in both ride and appearance.
- Lastly, if you're stick and want to add performance you can go with the TRD exhaust, Injen or AEM cold air intake, and Trial headers. Not only will they make your car a little quicker, but it'll sound mucho better too.

i'd get the clear corners, s2000 antenna, tint the windows, and lowering springs. after that, save up for major stuff later on.
