I had just drove my car Wednesday night at 9pm. I came out to start my car the next morning and it won't start. I tried to jump my battery and that still won't work. Can the starter freeze up by any chance? Or can it be something so stupid as a fuse out? Please help. I do live in New Hampshire so the weather isn't that great. Thanks.

When I try to start the car, my time and radio shut off. No noise happens and it doesn't even turn over. Just nothing. I was told my battery could be dead but we tried to jump that. And I was told my starter can freeze?? Please help. Thanks sooooo much! My car is a 2000 and about 35000 miles on it. Not much at all.

Man this really stinks. So just curious how much can a new battery cost? Do you think it would be safe to get a used battery? Thanks again. Samantha

same trouble for me, be sure to turn your radio off, your fan control off and the roof light off.

And when you try to start with another car, just don't clamp the grip, ask someone to hold the 2 grip directly in the top of the 2 pole! thumbsup

worked for me!

Past years i didn't have any trouble with sarting my car during the winter, and their was a lot of cold day. But this years i think my battery is too damagged by all the time i forgot my roof light during 10 hours + and also drivin my sound sytem during 2-3 hours at the beach a couple of time...

if you still have trouble, i have heard bye some people that you can turn your light on and off, i don't know why but a lot of people did this in the past on older car, maybe it work also on new car. Good Luck!

I had the same problem with my car. The alternator wasn't charging the battery (even though it "looked" like it did...damn AAA morons), so it just died. I was running off the battery for a couple days before it died. We replaced the battery and the alternator and all went well.

^yep, if it died, check to make sure the alternator is working properly.
also, make sure the car doesn't have a parasitic draw(ex: glove compartment light on when engine is shut off)
