in my opinion, it would be worth it to hold off till you have enough for the trd exhaust.

Yea holding off to get enough for a TRD exhaust sounds good, you'll get it faster if you find a used one but you got to be quick because those things go FAST! thumbsup

Yes, easy if you have some experiences. If the holding rubber was tight, you can cut it and replace the new one (which is available in car shop). I hope this help.

Here is what you can do for a poor mans exaust system. If you want a better sound, and more hp, you can disconnect the muffler, or you can disconnect it at the headers. Or you can actually spend a couple of buck and go to the hardware store, buy some pipes, and run the pipes straight off the headers to the rear or sides of the car. Or you could just save some pennies and buy a trd exaust kit i guess...

Does the Blitz Nurspec Universal Muffler sound nice? Which would you prefer, Apex N1 Universal muffler or Blitz Nurspec universal Muffler? I'm debating.

Hey man dont go out the cheap way, The universal mufflers seem like a good idea, but the muffler shops dont give a damn what they look like, and most of the time the welds break and the muffler falls to the ground, been there done that, trust me...

If you want good sound, w/ out forking out the money for a nice exhaust (cat-back)...GUT THE FACTOR RESONATOR AND ITs FREE. wink

Go to the junk yard and get a muffler off a wrecked celica and gut it.

I got my Greddy CAT-BACK for only 430.00 from titan motorsports grin

IF YOUR GONNA MODIFY YOUR CAR...DO IT THE RIGHT WAY. ITS BETTER TO HAVE ONE NICE MOD, THAN TEN crappy MODS. also a factory celica looks a heck of a lot better than a ricey one.

Good luck
