Sorry about how this thread ended up. Everyone he's just wanting to share that he's getting a VS2 bumper soon, just like everyone else on the boards likes to share their new mods. There's no reason to jump on his back, it's either 1.) his dad bought them 2.) He didn't buy the car himself or 3.) he doesn't pay insurance so he can afford all this. Just be happy for him, obviously he has shown his parents that he is responsible, I myself didn't buy my car and I don't pay insurance but that's because I haven't ever fucked around to lead my parents to believe that I can't have a car. Don't get all $$ pissy, just support everyone with what they have! BTW, your car is gonna look even more kickass than it does now Billy

uhm...  I just used some brake light repair tape to turn my dome light red.  I'm so po' I can't afford to mod... but hopefully uncle sam will give me enough of my money back so I can buy the TSRM exhaust. Then maybe next year I can get a sound system.

but I have been told of shit enough times and don't feel like hearing it, especially most of you who don't know me anyway.
If you knew my parents, you'd realize I wouldn't have a celica if it weren't for the kind of person I am in life...school, at home, anywhere...working...
so, this is what I get as of that, if i choose to fuck around in life...then you know.
also, it's like everyone thinks my god damn dad buys me this shit...so instead of tolerating it, just close the thread. i feel your pain billy... i got that a lot in high school too... so much that a few kids in my class actually put "dislikes: purple cars" in the yearbook (my car was purple)... it's rediculous jealousy.. and you're right.. a lot of people don't understand.. and now everything i buy for myself i hear "oh did your daddy buy that for you" it's SUPER annoying... but i just say "no.. you wanna see my bank statement?" but our parents got us these cars because they wanted us to have something nice.. and thought we deserved them... and frankly dad bought me my GT because he wanted me to get in and out of the passing lane as fast as possible.. as well as have something reliable that he wouldn't have to come rescue me all the time... we shouldn't have to put up with other peoples crap... i mean come on you guys... if your dad pulled a celica.. or a 3000GT in the garage... and said "this is yours" would you honestly turn it down?? i sure as hell wouldn't... and i didn't...
