Im planning on buying the bypass valve from AEM but i dont know where to put it...do i put it where the filter is or by the throttle?

I HEARD that AEM was making their bypass valve for the celica's CAI but I'm not 100% sure on that one. The best way to find out information like that is to call their customer service directly, or better yet go on their website and see if that helps! thumbsup

My friend just ordered an Aem cai recently for his GTS, he thought that it would have instructions on where to put/install the bypass valve but it doesn't. During the rainy storm here in Cali, he was a victim of hydrolocking the engine, I guess AEM bypass valve for the AEM CAI for the Celica doesn't work at all.

If the CAI is 2 peice then you can use it. If it isnt then you need to cut it in half.
