what would be a safe and good bore measurement for my gts throttle body.is there any type of performance gain by doing so.

the safe limit is the the I/D of the intake gasket, i wouldn't go any further past that. iam not sure what the power gain is on the but there should be. I and going to be doing it to both the intake and the exhaust just haven't gotten around to it yet.
