Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior looky looky...gauges almost done... pics!(56k warning)

well.. i stopped by the shop to check out what's happenin and my jaw pretty much dropped w/the quality of the work that they're doing.
I'm very impressed... it's like night and day between these guys and the old place...
printing will be done tuesday, cutting done wednesday which is when i'll be picking them up.
once again.. pics don't do them justice.. they look way better in real life... but those who preordered will know what i'm talkin about as soon as they get them
soo.. yeah... they're so close... i can barely wait 5 days till i pick em up.

btw... they're not done printing them which is why the redline's not there

holy cow! The Red on Silver is hot! When will the GT be available?

whats with the White redline? are you goign to change that? because you cant even see it on the white face gauges.

ok i posted in the other thread in stuff for sale but i figured i'd put it here too, ok i have two pretty dumb questions so don't flame me but do you have to take off the stock gauges or does this just go over the top of the stock? and also i know you said if you want orange get the black with white number and it will stay orange, but if i get white with red number with the stock led's, will it shine through red or orange? i would just change the led's but i don't know how to solder and i don't trust someone else to mess with my shit

It's a direct replacement for the stock gauge face... you have to take the stock one out before this one goes in.

orange led's w/red numbers should show up red... i'm 99% positive on that one, and will find out either wednesday or thursday.

spread eagle... yes.. euro models will be coming out... as long as there's enough demand.
The blue numbers w/amber led's will most likely not look all that great.

Stun... they're currently for the 6sp, but will work on the auto, just won't have the sportshift stuff. Auto's coming very soon.

Like I said. I will not change my stock Leds or needles. Im just after the white color on the

did you find out anything about red number with stock LED's?

not yet.. haven't gotten them back yet.. I'll know by the end of the week after i redo my led's about 4X w/all the different colors possible.

Im possitive to go with the White/blue for the
Euro GT. I seems that the warnig lamps layout is
a little different then the US version. Not just
the speedometer. Anyway I hope you have them soon
ready for us here in Europe.
