hey i was wondering if you can put a intercooler on a regular engine like the 2001 gts celica...
or is it only for turbo?
and how much would one cost?

yes you can put it on a regular car.

Better question is will it help with engine performance? Answer to that question is no it will not infact it will hurt the engine performance, reason is you do not want the tubing to the intake manifold too long by adding intercooler thats like extending intake pipping all around the engine bay which is not good.

on the other hand though an oil coiler would be good. prolongs engine life and performance.
