as anyone heard anything else on toyota discontinuing the celica? i read an article in car and driver or something that said they were going to discontinue in 2005, but i haven't heard anything besdies that. any word from toyota? i also heard they were planning on perhaps bringing the supra back? just wondered if anyone else had heard anything.

they've been multiple discussion on this topic already. i think last word was that the celica is NOT being discontinued and the supra will REMAIN out of production (at last word). for more info, its probably best to use the 'search' feature located in the top left of your screen and find the articles that way.

Celica is being redesigned for 2005 Supra is not coming back and if it does, it isn't for a couple years and it won't be a "supra." it'll just be a new sports car.

That kinda sucks.. I was hoping they were going to stop making them soon so our seventh gens will be collector like and retain their value.. I hope they do disconnectinue and I read they were on Road & Track.com if sales didn't pick up..
