Celica Forums General Discussion General help! i need RIMS...but im soo lost

I really need rims, but I'm not really that educated about them! I know I'll need to get a wheel and tire package. I want chrome..and I think I can only afford 17's..I don't want 18's cause wouldn't they lift my car more? I'm about to get it lowered 1.5''..and what do all those numbers mean!! Ahhhh... Help..
