i have a question about the interior paint job ? i have a 2000 black celica and the interior plastics are gray and i dont like the color of that gray ? How can i change them with a black plastics? i know , i can basically painted them but is there any other way like changing the whole front console with the new black interior ? thanks in advance

you could buy it from dealer if you want...

some have it dyed...

it's however you want to go about doing it.

dying would be the best route... unless you want to spend about $800 or more at the dealer for 03 or up interior panels

is it gonna cost $800 or over for the new 03 parts ? what about dying cost ? How much you guys approximately think is gonna cost ? maybe $400 $500 ? the gray interior plastics look ugly on the car man frown

i did my own for about $70 and i don't know how many hours of my time

i really don't know how much it will cost...
aren't those part sheets on this website somewhere and they tell you the price? isaac is always posting them up...then you could figure out how much every piece would be added up...

and for dying..i have no clue. confused

thank you for the replies. Carbon blue gt i am not skillful enough to paint the plastics so i can mess up everything easily .:) It is better for me to go and ask a dealer or ask for a paint shop how much it is gonna cost . Appreciate your help guys

Find a shop in your town that does interior work, and go ask them for an estimate. I don't think it's going to be cheap, but if you're going to have someone do it for you, expect to pay premium for it, or you risk getting a crappy job. Where are you from anyway?
