I was gonna asked the samething... are they anygood? I heard if you just buy the coilover springs/sleve that will fit your stock shocks it will damage your stock shocks in less than a month or more. Is there any shocks that i could replace that will go with these coil over springs or sleve?

Your best bet would to stick with name brand lowering springs or buy the full coilovers and not just the sleeve.

unfortunately, they are springs...it lowers up to 2.25 in front and 2.50 in the rear.. here is the link that red devil provided his car with pictures of his skunk 2 lowering springs. https://celicahobby.com/cgi-bin/ubb/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=4;t=000786If you want to save up money, go with springs..i got these for about 240 shipped..I might let it go for 180 plus shipping. If you live in cali, shipping is cheap..about 12 bucks...I'm not sure yet if i can find a good price for tein coilovers. i'm getting rims soon and i want to adjust it back and forth.

yea, thx for the tip. im dinkinq about it as of now.. I got a pair of brand new hotchitis rear camber links never installed too..lolz..i dink da whole tein set up comes with rear cambers...That's where just the springs kick in of you dont want to spend over a 1000 bucks on lowering your car..cheap and affordable.
- no offense but i dink the price is still pricey and can be lowered more considering it being a group buy. It probaby just cost manufacturers like 100 bucks to make these dings lolz. Damn capitalism!! They probably have a little "tein" corporate sweatshop down in the usa somewhere paying people with low wages assembling and packaging them (being sarcastic here, dont take this da wrong way =P). It wont hurt lowering it down a little more. [ 03-18-2003, 11:13 PM: Message edited by: sleepy celica ]
