okay, i get in my car and ive racin right, well i go to start my car and it wont start, so i get my buddy in there and it starts right up.. well this goes on forever, ill go somewhere come back to the shop and the bitch wont start, but everyone else can start it.. im like whatthe hell, so i get it going odwn the road and i was looking for somthing while at a stoplight so i cut the light on. Well there is my floor mat shoved completly up behind the clutch brake and gas. No wonder i wasnt going as fast as i should have been and braking as well, even getting ym freakin car started.. i am a PERFECT DUMBASS!

i hate the mats... mine always ride up there too. Not on the '03 and '04 well...to be honest, they still do! i lost my lock tho...but they dont work in the first place anyways... im changing to MOMO mats~

I think my 00 GT only had 1 clip...but my 03 GTS has 2...I think.

the 03-04 have two clips towards the seat for the drivers side for the floor mat to attach...passenger side doesn't...
on the older models, I think it was one.

dude that sucks that it hurt your racing capabilities. i don't have that problem because the car came with no driver side mat. so i was like yea buddy!

My car has two hooks, I don't know about the rest of y'all As far as I know, that was changed in the '03 model. (Older ones only have one hook)

My 2001 GTS has 1 clip on the drivers side. I'm glad it's there too. I used to have that problem in my old car. Stupid mats. I guess if you got the aluminum ones they wouldn't move
