Well guys my cars finally coming together, i got my vis carbon fiber hood and put it on, i also finally got my fricken hotshot headers in, 2nd and 3rd both got noticable imporvements, as well as i finally sealed my exhaust leak, so im really happy anyway heres a pic of the vis Carbon Fiber hood on.

Carbon Fiber is AWESOME! I love it. Headers are good too. Do you notice any sound difference with them on?

eyger i really didn't notice a sound difference since i got a loud ass exhaust now that theres no resonator
as for roll edges? im not sure what your talking about, but the hood is about 1/4 of the stock hoods weight, and it kinda feels like its gonna break but i slam it harder than stock since its so light and it does just fine.

I had that hood on my car, I went on the highway the thing flew open andmessed up my car.. I would put hoods pins on...

you need to
slam your Carbon Fiber hood? mine is VIS (the Invader style) and I just push it down gently and the latch clicks. haven't heard of anyone's VIS hood coming off at highways speeds before either.

it came with the scoop and it was for 399, i waited about 2 1/2 weeks though and i had to jery rig my old rubber guard thingys on to the new hood but they got in =), theres a latch on the hood i really can't see this thing coming off on the highway since its just like the stock hood with the bolts and latch, anyway stephen ya i tried softly putting it down and it doesn't go all the way lol, i gotta almost throw the thing since its so damn light. anyway i think this looks awesome on my car, and its gonna look good with my carbon fiber wing. Thanks for all your input guys.

thanks for the comments, the VS2 front and invader hood are sweet together. gives it a really aggressive look. i like it a lot.
