HOw much hp and torque would you say these mods would get me on a 2001 gts?

the pullies you have listed are for the GT.
overall... maybe 150 to the wheels.

That's a pretty nice set up dude. The only changes I would make would be the exhaust, headers, flywheel, and clutch. I recommend TSRM exhaust, HS headers, and the ACT street clutch, with the Fidanza flywheel

only a few of the things you listed would actually give you power header intake exhaust, and cellygt04 i dont think hotshot makes a header for the GTS, trial would be a good bet then

I wouldnt go with the Unorthodox Ultra SS Pulley Set. Though they have the most power out of the pulleys out there, they are bad for your car...ALWAYS REMEMBER...quality is better then quantity.
