They aren't gonna look like HID lights. My friend bought some thinking that they would, and they were just white, and even had a trace of yellow in them. No trace of blue at all.
If you ask me, the pure white light with a hint of blue looks best, even though it doesn't illuminate the best.

If you gonna spend like $40.00 on them Sylvania bulbs why not get MTEC instead or KOBA they don't have any yellow, they have blue tint. Or you can get APC Ultra White they shine in the dark and you can see the road so much betta. Those are the only 3 brand I trust now. Hope that help you out man.

I tried them. Not worth the bother. I thought they looked almost the same as the stock ones I took out. I have all PIAA Extreme Whites in low, high and fog lights. I've used PIAA's for years and have never had a better bulb.

After looking around for a while, I decided to try eBay. It just didn't make sense to pay $70 for a pair of regular bulbs. I checked on eBay, and found some JDM bulbs, and bought 3 sets of them. High, low, and fogs. They are really cool looking. When looking at my car, it is a bright pure white, and almost looks like I have HID lighting. From my viewpoint, they light the road with what seems to be a very blue light. It looks really cool, but when driving down a highway, or through a city, you can't even tell that my lights are on. The pure white light seems to be countered by artificial lighting. So, I decided to replace my fogs with the original bulbs. When I'm driving through the city, I just flip my fogs on, and the road ahead of me is illuminated with yellow light, and you can't even tell my low beams are on. When I'm near my house, there is hardly any artificial lighting, I drive with the fogs off, and the white light illuminates very well. I drive through woods, and it looks awesome. Also, when I don't want my fogs to be on, I just drive with my brights on. No one has ever flashed their lights at me due to the fact that they look like low beams because the light is so pure that it doesn't distract anyone. Also, with my brights on, you can see the light on the road better when you are driving while bathed in artificial light. Hope any of this helps.
