my whole damn profile was gone too bullshit  I know exactly what happened with the favs... I reset them. it was a single file that was 8mb, and at 3am on Sunday morning, I cleaned it out. No other files were changed... especially NOT the user database

yup... doing a full backup every 12 hours works wonders  although I wouldnt sugest anyone doing a backup every 12 hours - I would highly sugest that you backup your importaint stuff ATLEAST once a month
