What's up fellow Celica owners. I'm new to the board, and not mechanically inclined, please excuse my ignorance.

Just bought an 03 gts this past november. I'm pretty happy with the car, but I have a few issues, and have done a few forum searches but it seems I'm the only one with this problem.

1) Driver's side fog light = Does not come on. I have to hit it for it to come on. I'm suspecting something loose in the back.

2) Leaking = We've had rain in So CA about a week ago, and I noticed water coming down from the upper windshield area on the passenger side.

Are these problems fixable without having to go thru the dealer? Too expensive.

Thanks for any input,
Mike.

Since this is an '03, it should be under waranty. Take it to the dealer and have them fix them. The foglight issue sounds like a short in the wires. The windshield needs to be re-sealed. Shouldn't be a problem with the dealer fixing these issues.

Definitely take it to the dealer.

The fog light sounds like it could be a loose wire that you could probably fix yourself. But, why bother when you can get toyota to do it for free grin deal

I have the same problem with the rain water coming out on
passenger side. Did yours get fixed? Do you know what was
the problem? Thanks.
