Over the past few months all I have done is think about the next big-money mod I want to do... I was thinking Rims and a Drop next... But now I'm rethinking rims because some people I have talked to around here say replacing rims is asking for problems (I live in New England, bad weather as most of you probably know). But then I also think getting a body kit will look weird if I'm rolling on 16s.

My question now is... Do you think a body kit and a drop will look weird on stock 16s? Or should I go all out, get the drop and rims first, then do a body kit.

I would drop it first, modify you suspension (replacing struts & such accordingly, so that when you make other mods you'll be getting the most out of your investment) Then it's up to you on the rims or kit ...

What kind or rims and kit are you looking into?

I say get a kit and then see if it looks aight or not, because some kits look fine with 16s.
