well...for anyone looking to get c-one products here in the US, you better have DEEP pockets... here is an email I got from munky wurks garage which imports stuff from Japan all the time...I was looking for the 03 c-one front lip...but not anymore...
"Hello Steve,
The C-ONE 2003+ front lip is very expensive to import (in fact all C-ONE product is), because C-ONE in Japan is a specialty tuner and is the sole source of C-ONE product. They have no retailers even IN Japan and therefore no retail pricing structure - even if you are in Japan you have to go through C-ONE to get their product.
Therefore, after wire transfer fees, our exporter's fees in Japan, shipping charges to our exporter's shipping warehouse in Japan from C-ONE, shipping to Honolulu by air (we do air shipping only for now - boat is too unreliable and not feasible for shipping single items), customs and customs broker's charges, and our own importer's fees, it costs our customers approx $600.00 (depending on currency exchange rate) to ship this just to Hawaii as all those charges are added ONTOP of Japan retail. We normally don't do business with mainland USA clients but have recently begun to do so. We actually already have an '03+ C-ONE lip on the way from Japan right now for a customer in Virginia.
Our exporter will not drop ship directly to anywhere else in the USA other than our shop, so it would have to come here and then be shipped to you, at additional cost. I'll have a better idea how much that is after I ship the lip that is currently on its way to our customer.

that's what I was thinking!! I know that shipping from japan is expensive, but over $1000 for a front lip...just not for me

www.takakaira.com [ takakaira.com] they'll ship to you & they don't charge an arm & a leg for shipping. They carry, TRD, Trial, C-ONE, Varis, Spoon, Mugen, etc. Pretty much every JDM manufacturer.
