i think that's good deal,
celicas only cost about 15000 used with low miles. And sti are rare and prices is still high.
i would if i were you

if teh sti wasn't wrecked then go for it
(he didn't say it was wrecked just he almost died in it)
if it was wrecked how much damage and did insurance fix it.
if it was only minor damage go for it causea it it was a severe crash you won't ge tmuch value from it so keep teh celica
