I purchased my 2003 celica 5 days before i was deployed to iraq in feb this year and didnt get to have that much fun with it, does anyone know what company makes a good supercharger for it i know blitz does but i have read its kind of expensive, i have the GT package and want to know if GTS parts fit the car also, i read the specs its the same engine only diffrent comp. ratios (a bigger cam huh) but that means all and all its the same right? i want to go with Turbo but have no idea where to begin looking. I cant wait to get back to germany and show my german freinds that amercans do go faster!!!!! (all my german freinds say americans cant drive)

exhausts made for gts only (veilside, tananbe, trial) fit gt as well. as for supercharger, i know trial is coming out with one, trd has a prototype on their car and i do not know if it will ever go into production, being the fact that it doesnt fit under the hood. Turbo, there is david drapers, and stafford fabrications, ive heard good things about srafford fabrications.

engine wise, the parts for GT and GTS are different...and both engines are totally different...

the blitz supercharger is for the GTS

for a GT, there are two Turbos made...DA sports and one from Strafford Fabrications.

Exactly, the GT and GTS engines are totally different. GTS has lift, GT doesnt. GT has more low end power, GTS has way better top end power.

I cant wait too see the stats on the blitz SC for the GTS! eek

1ZZ-FE (GT) and 2ZZ-GE (GTS) are 2 completely different engines. There was a thread I saw where it listed everything that was different but what I can remember is:

Pistons
Rods
Cams
Valves
Crank

I think these are some of them. Anybody remember seeing the thread?

TRD makes an S/C that will work but you have to buy a seperate hood in order for it to fit.
