um, the emblem is PART of the front mini grille. could be wrong but i didn't care because in installed a precut grille that i painted from ebay. makes the car much more aggressive.

You could pick up a front grill (no emblem) from www.grillcraft.com [ grillcraft.com] kind of expensive though. As for the emblems just run a hair dryer over em, get some handy dental floss and kind of saw them off

It can make small scratches. as 5280vvti said, just pretend use the blow dryer, and pretend your flossing your teeth too the emblem.

Not to hijack this thread, but I debadged my new 04 and I have a big flat spot on the hood where the emblem was. I've searched for a replacement and there's a TRD domed decal that's close, but still not exact as far as size goes.
I'm about to pain the toyota logo and stick it back on if I can't find anything else, that's why I was asking about an indiglo toyota logo or a black background domed toyota logo for the front...

Yeah I debadged and it was easier than I thought. Blow dry it quite a bit and then run the floss behind it. Then just kinda rub the rest of the glue left over until it's gone. DON'T USE A KNIFE. It helps if it's a warm day.

Hell, I didn't bother with the hairdryer for 30 seconds if that. Then I took a thin towel, put it over the end of a butter knife, slid it in and pulled up slowly. Every bit of glue came off w/the emblem since it wasn't hot so I didn't have to even clean it. Looked perfect instantly.

Just buy a brand new stock emblem at your toyota dealer's parts dept. and paint it (you'll need plastic primer, before painting). Here's how mine turned out:
