yes they will fit the '03 celica (as well as the rest of the 7th gen celicas)
my OPINION: they don't flow well with the celica. imo, their too 'bubbly' and the celica is about lines & edges.

I think satoshi installed the same ones but not the blue type..he still had to mod them to make it fit

they don't look right on the celi imo. I still haven't come across aftermarket mirrors that flow like stock
