Does anyone know how much it would cost to have an automatic Celica changed to a stick? I'm looking at getting a newer Celica and the price is great...but it's an auto and I really want a stick. So if anyone could help me out I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

You should find a manual Celica from the factory. Automatics cost more too. Look at other dealerships or have one ordered. It'd be more expensive to convert, if it's possible. Your transmission might not be warrantied if you do a swap, too.

And if you're set on a stick, don't settle for an auto, you will regret it. I'm not bashing autos, but if you really want a stick, an automatic will never satisfy you.

Well actually you can get the transmission could be cheap, find salvage celicas, such as those that have wiped out into a ditch with out insurance, or crashed without insurance, there junk... get the trans out of it, to get it swaped you can go to toyota, but there going to rip you off, service always is a bitch...go to a transmisson place they do good work, and usually gaurentee it, However about the void on ur warentee, it often happends when you add mods to your car or lower it, w.o toyota doing it or the factory...see about that though, it happend to my dad, it was a bitch with pontiac
