ummm, I have dealt with cars with this problem. You may need to get your exhaust system checked out, egr, pcv, diaphragms may not be working. This may not be whats wrong with your car, this is just something that I have seen before.

Your catalytic converter is clogged. Go to the dealer.

your car must be new... that smell is coming from your cat.. dont worry, it will go away, if it doesnt, take it to your local Toyota Dealership for service or a muffler shop.
