yea, but it happened, everyone drives fast, ive heard lucky say that hes been much faster than 104, like a buck 40 or more. my friend shouldnt be driving that fast, but someone on here has had of gotten away with a ticket like this
wait... just go to court, and take the jail sentence instead of paying a fine... that way you dont get points, just a jail time... does going to jail...mean your a criminal?
If I got pulled over going that speed I would say that I was running away from some guy with road rage... THat way at least you have an excuse...I dunno.
SR-22 is (financial responsibility insurance). It is the mechanism in Iowa to keep track of insurance on drivers that have had a problem with the Iowa Secretary of State. It authorizes the Secretary of State to suspend upon cancellation of insurance (SR-26). Through the SR-22 and SR22 process, mandatory insurance is enforced. Through the S&FR law, Iowa citizens are protected from uninsured motorists.
Should you not own your own vehicle, we can file a named operator's policy for you. This will satisfy the Secreatary of State and cover you while driving a temporary non-owned automobile. Later if you purchase an automobile we will modify your policy to cover your auto and process the SR22 filing change to Iowa Secretary of State.
Sorry for the bluntness that you probably will take offense to, but your buddy needs to take some fucking responsibility for his actions. Did he ever think about the consequences? Of course not, which is why he's trying to get out of this the easy way.
yea also why are you worrying about this? Get a new friend that doesnt make bad decisions. Let him handle it himself, dont try and get him out of it, its not your problem. And if he gets pissed because you dont help him, then thats fucked and you need to find new friends
