For fender flairs - you do NOT need to cut your fender... Shawn (sp?) cut his because he has is celica so darn low
(and wanted his wheels to come out and up to the new fender flairs

Its the same celica (not Shawn's (sp?)), you can see that the fenders are NOT cut (just ignore the fact that this photo shows it with MAXIMUM-DROP
