My x-1 fenders just came in today and I was hoping if anybody here knows where I can get the grill for those holes... like this one..

So I just buy them for home depot or something and just glue them on?

KrazyKustomz.com sells them and i think they have them in stock too, also i think hes having a GB for them on New celica.

local hardware store...
any kind of wire you like.

when you get the mesh, cut it to fit the opening then use some Fiberglass. probably could use something else to bond it to the inside but not to sure what

try using some type of poxy or silicone rtv. for that area it should be fine...

Surf on over to mcmaster.com and go to catalog page 3433 and scroll down to aluminum perforated sheet. Look for part number 9232T221. The perf on the fenders in your pic appears to be .250 holes with a .312 spacing. web page [mcmaster.com]
