first and foremost dont go to the dealer theyll charge you an arm and a leg
do it yourself check the install section on this site
it will take you about 45min to an hour for install
i got mine installed proffesionally and the only reason for that was back when i got it i was not familiar with the celica engine and did not want to touch it(and i just bought the car too) your looking at about $30-$40 tops anything higher would be a rip
