Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior Can I get a TSRM exhaust for my 2002 GT w/ action package?

I have a 2002 Celica gt and I wanna get a Tanabe Super Racing Medallion exhaust. I went to some import shop to order the TSRM and they said that it won't fit on my car. Is this true? They said something about how the gt and the gts are different. Can someone please help. Will the TSRM fit on my action package?

I have a 2002 celica gt w/ the action package and a TSRM fits. I had to cut 2 bolt washers and bend them around the right front hanger because the muffler was angled to the right just a little and was touching the bumper. But it sounds great on the car, nice low growl

It'll fit and you just have to bend the rear hanger alittle bit or it'll hit your rear valance on bumpy roads. It wont burn/damage the paint, but it'll make a loud tapping noise.
