take a thin drill bit, and drill into the bolt a little, then work ur way up getting larger each time, eventaully the bolt will lose its whatever, and you should be able to get some vice grips and squeeze then turn, but dont squeeze too hard you dont want to crush the head.. but that is what i had to do when i stiped the bolt on my driver side seat. it work though. .

this company called "irwin" has a set of sockets that "bite" into bolts and stuff to remove them. i have a set but it really is limited.
this is good stuff, i had to buy this when one of my friends and i were trying to get his old exhaust off, the screw heads that held the downpipe of the headers to the resonator were rusted so we used that and it worked in like 5 minutes, after we spent 12 hours trying to get it to work!!
