...to buy new bulbs for my front turn signals that aren't amber, so can I use some type of transparent silver paint to paint them?

On another note, the reason I want to do this is because I just got done doing other shit to my car over the weekend, and I want to do more but don't have anymore parts to install. I'm done for school, and I've got nothing to do when I get off of work tonight. Just looking to do odd shit to my car that I can do with crap laying around my house/garage, and this came to mind.

Sweet, I'll check that out. That will get rid of the amber and leave me with a clear bulb if I'm not mistaken.

Is there any type of paint that will allow the light to shine through and not flake off or melt?

I painted mine with the silver touch up paint that I got.

left an opening at the rear of the bulb. No amber color, still legal when blinking rice

Good idea. I'll just spray paint my bulbs and leave half of the bulb clear.

Thanks.
