ok so i have the option of getting 2 mods kinda. 1 mod would be rims. but i really don't think the 16" gts rims look that bad for now. veilside ec-1 kit will be shipped to me next week...full ground kit and the spoiler with the FFGT hood. now i can get 17" rims 245/40/17 with the kit at the same time or i can get...

HID conversion+
eibach 2 inch sportline drop+
TRD eyelids+
full MTECH lighting+
TYC red tails

the combination of those last ones add up to about the rims with tires. personally im partial to the list of mods over the rims but i want everyones honest opinion because im not sure if you guys thinks the same way about rims as i do. yeah curse my credit card company for telling me no interest until september. hehe people like me take full advantage of that and just put in extra hours over summer to pay off:)

If you think the stock 16"s are good for now then keep em' and get springs and your kit. You'll have the nice new style that you'll enjoy a lot from the kit, and the drop will enhance that effect plus you'll have better handling and having the 16"s can have a slight advantage over 18" just because of the size.. remember, bigger rims means it takes longer to get things going but can improve your top speed, but how often do you really top out in a Celica, lol.

I vote kit & springs!
