I have been searching this site for a speaker set up that still leaves space in the trunk. I found a set up about a week ago now i cant seem to find it. If you know where a speaker set up is that saves room can you please leave a link. Thanks

you can always get a box that just sits against your backseat and still leaves about 1 1/2 feet of floor space in your 'trunk'.

or you can always remove your backseat and place your custom box where the backseats would have been..then you can keep all the space.

This is the best "space saving" setup that I've seen: https://celicahobby.com/ubbthreads/attach/profile/6797-4.jpg

That's from 10Celica10's trunk... he could probably tell you how he built it. thumbsup

in my civic, what i did was i made the setup in a way for me to just disconnect, with a custom made plug, my subs when i need trunk space.,,as well as a front mounted switch to turn it off just in case. takes me about 10 seconds to remove sub box and voila, usuable trunk

if you really want to invest time you can make a Fiberglass mold of the side walls and use that as the back of your box, then it will fit perfectly and you still have a crapload of room, im just going to buy a bass tube and mount it in the storage compartment thing
