My driver side headlight seems kinda foggy, how would you go about cleaning it without taking it apart?

No, it seems like more of a film-I was just outside about an hour fixing my fog lights (again) and noticed the right headlight was clearer and brighter. I know it's not the bulb, they're the same one. I figure it's just dirty on the inside of it-just don't know how to get to it without taking it apart. confused

Option 1:
Put the headlight in the over, take the clear plastic cover off, clean the inside, put it back together

Option 2 (JDM lol...):
Buy a used light that doesn't have any problems.
