trd is one of the most popular with a nice design that flows with the rest of the car. if you want an extreme change, go for veilside. they both look good, and i believe the veilside will catch more attention. i'm sure their quality are about the same, but it's up to you.

I say that you mix it. I don't really like the VS rear... I'd go with VS sides, TRD front and rear, and maybe a wing from some other kit. thumbsup

The TRD in my opinion is nothing special anymore in terms of looking unique. Very popular, yes, but since it bacame a commodity, you won't really stand out in the crowd.

If you want attention and want people to turn heads and give that second look whenever you pass them by on the streets, I would go for Veilside. thumbsup

And if you go Veilside, I would recommend going with the 2nd generation (FF GT series). Farily new, and not too many people have them.

Just my 2 cents. I just purchased a VS II kit myself, and it's being delivered to the shop. I can show you pics if you're interested when it's completed.

But in the end, you want to get what makes you happy with no regrets, so go for what style suits you.

Peace out cool

bought mine with a trd and i wouldnt change it. bumper and skirts have taken all kinds of abuse and they're still holdin up. plus, im not into body kits as much anymore. factory ground effects are enough for me...keep it simple.

out of the two you mentioned..get veilside.

i'm not exactly a fan of veilside but i'm no fan of the trd kit at all. it's not that it's a bad kit..it's just that it's a factory option and people that have no interest whatsoever in the aftermarket world can drive around with one..including your 60+ year old neighbor just trying to be young again. the trd kit is definately overused..veilside for sure.

but why the choice between the 2? they are totally different. trd is the highest of all the boydkits, made of Urethane, and has a semi-aggressive look to it.

veilside is low, Fiberglass, and is extremely aggressive. to each his own..but it's kind of hard to compare the two.

have you looked into the kaminari kits or the ww lip kit? even the rmm kit could be comparable to the height of the trd and match its aggressiveness.
