Make sure it says "Adobe Photoshop 7.0, with serial" and that the file is 168,267,776 kilobytes because there are a lot of bogus files on there.

Also, the one that did work for me was a ZIP file.

It should open Winzip if you got the ZIP file. After you unzip it, open the data1 file or the Adobe Photoshop 7 file. Atleast that's what was on my version.
