Okay guys, and girls. Im building my own sub box and its complicated as hell, but anyways. I was just wondering if you pressurized the box like put a little bit of air pressure inside it would that help with the Performance of the subs? because i know that they need air to push on so if it was a little pressurized wouldnt it be easier for the sub to hit? its just a question that I thought of when I was pondering on how the hell im going to cut this next piece.

Pressurising it will not work, what is complicated about making the box? I believe the formulas for the dimensions can be found by using google...

i built my box, used expiensive ass carbon board, the kind used to make counter tops. its was more $$$$ and much heavier than the pre made stuff at audio shops, i think it has a heavier bass sound, there is a special spot where you are supposed to port it. but i just guessed, i know its wrong but it still sounds good i didnt get any dimensions from anywhere, i used my own design which means it is just as square as it can be!
